The simple terms
Last updated 31 July 2026.
Trail Rewards is operated by The Smart Funnel, based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short — if anything is unclear, email laurenthesmartfunnel@gmail.com.
The service
Trail Rewards lets your attraction reward trail finishers: visitors scan a QR code, enter your trail's keyword and their email, win a prize, and may opt in to your mailing list. We provide the claim pages, QR materials, your dashboard, and the connection to your own email platform.
Pricing
- £99 covers your first 3 months, every feature included, plus your Trail Rewards Insights Report at the end of the period.
- After that, £49 per month, every feature included.
- No long-term contract, no minimum term beyond the period you have paid for, no setup fee.
Payment is arranged with you when you subscribe. If prices change, existing customers are told at least a month before their next renewal.
Cancelling
Cancel any time by emailing laurenthesmartfunnel@gmail.com before your next renewal. You will not be charged again, and your account stays open until the end of the period you have paid for. When your account closes, we delete your account data as described in the privacy policy.
Your side of the deal
- Keep your login details safe and your account information accurate.
- Honour the prizes you offer — the vouchers go to your real visitors.
- Your mailing list is yours: you are the data controller for it and must use it lawfully, including honouring unsubscribes.
- Use the platform only for genuine visitor rewards — no spam, nothing unlawful.
Our side of the deal
- We run the service with reasonable skill and care and aim to keep it available at all times, though we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
- We never store your visitors' email addresses — they pass straight through to your email platform. See the privacy policy.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we will update this page and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
